We forage for our sloe berries throughout autumn and rest them in gin for a minimum of three months to draw out every drop of sloe berry flavour. We mature all our gin for a minimum of one year to bring you a truly artisan product.
Our 2019 vintage is fruitier with a stronger gin taste, but the berries are starting to mature and you will definitely taste the more complex flavours that develop with more mature vintages.
Enjoy on its own, over ice or with champagne for a truly amazing cocktail.

You can drink this lovely sloe gin with tonic and a slice of lime in a sloe gin and tonic. Also add it to champagne or prosecco as a sloe gin royale. It is also lovely with a light mixture such as an elderflower fizz for a cocktail that is a bit lighter and floral.

Forage know what they are doing
If you haven’t tried this sloe gin then you really should before they run out. We have made our own sloe gin for a long time, but this one is special. We didn’t think we would taste a difference between an older one and a younger one but you definitely do. We really enjoyed the older one. It’s so much more smoother. Also purchased the damson vodka. Two fantastic drinks. Buy it before the vintage runs out, is all we can say.

We love sloe gin and drink it often, with prosecco or tonic in the summer and on its own in the winter. This is the best one I have ever tasted. It’s so fruity and delicious. Truly artisan. Will certainly order again and recommend to my friends. Love it.
