Forage Liqueurs
Our story starts from a humble beginning of a countryside walk in the Cotswold’s, hedges of blackthorn laden with fruit and the making of five litres of sloe gin in the autumn of 2015. Just a demijohn of deliciousness for ourselves and friends and family. But we never got to drink much of our own sloe gin, because soon everyone was asking for more, whoever tasted it, loved it, and told us that it was the best sloe gin they had ever tasted.

My father used to make Morello cherry vodka and I felt nostalgic seeing it here. The Forage Morello took me back a few years, it’s delicious, I also got the one with almond and really loved it. It’s so subtle but you can taste the warm almond. Loved it. Going to try the cinnamon next.

I purchased the raspberry, plum and sloe gin. Wow they are all great, what a treat. I’ve tasted other liqueurs but Forage is something else. They mature their drinks and that makes such a difference, you just have to try them and see for yourself. They are fruity, complex and delicious.

The morelly cherry vodka is delicious, it’s got a beautiful colour, I love the bottle and we always drink it with my friends. It really is a treat and I enjoy drinking it. The plum vodka is also very nice. Artisan, yes definitely, I haven’t found anything like this anywhere else.
