Seville oranges (sometimes known as bitter oranges) are an ancient fruit that have a sour and bitter taste. Although they are tangy and acidic, they have a very special taste and aroma. We take these bitter oranges, add sweetness and brandy and the sourness mellows out and the brandy provides a pleasant warmth. The bitterness smoothes away to bring you a bittersweet Seville Orange liqueur that is quite unique and delicious. Full of delicious citrusy flavours of natural orange oils from the skins and warming brandy.

Perfect Digestif
A gentle drink that complements the sweet and sour flavours of orange in a more mellow form. Perfect for tasting as an after-meal digestif, or can easily be enjoyed by itself. Sweet but not overpowering, with an aftertaste of orange zest. I really enjoyed this drink and had to buy two bottles!! (not greedy, just smart).
