We take ripe delicious English plums and rest them in vodka to draw out the sweet and juicy plum flavours. We mature our liqueur for at least one year to bring you a complex and fruity liqueur that is without doubt plum, with a smooth, subtle vodka undertone. This liqueur is so fruity that you hardly taste the alcohol at all.
Enjoy on its own or over ice.

You can really taste the plums
What I really love about the forage drinks is that you can really taste the fruits. It’s wonderful to see a producer who really cares about taste. This plum liqueur is exactly what it says. It’s plums, you can really taste them, sweet and juicy and just lovely. We tried and purchased this drink at a market and tried it with hot apple spiced apple juice. It was wonderful. We can’t wait to try it hot for the festive season and with prosecco in the summer. Love it.
